Strict Diet Could Disrupt Menstruation Cycle

Normal female menstrual cycle usually lasts a period of about 21 to 35 days. While the normal menstrual generally lasts for 3-7 days.
However, many women who experience irregular menstrual cycles. Some of the cause is a disturbance in the functioning of hormones, which caused a permanent impairment in the pituitary gland in the brain or because of temporary interruption.

This temporary interruption could be caused by stress factors, excessive fatigue, lifestyle, and unhealthy eating patterns. Strict diet without medical supervision could also lead to disruption of one's menstrual cycle,

Diet and the wrong diet will hinder the entry of nutrients that are needed by the body from food, which will affect the hormones. Lack of food intake and nutritional intake will make the body "think " that you are not ready to get pregnant. Levels of the hormone estrogen produced in the body will decrease. The decrease of this hormone will make ovulation interrupted, or stopped.
